This bag is big, not too structured -it almost lies flat when you put it down to add wood, and then when you pick it up by the handles it creates a sack to cradle the wood. My firewood isn't smooth and pretty and even like the one pictured here. I'm putting big pieces of knotty, splintery, and sometimes buggy wood in this bag and it does what I need -which is to save my hands and my clothes, and keeps the debris from falling to my floors when I walk across the room. It's great not to have wood-bits hanging from my sleeves and the front of my shirt from trying to carry armfuls of wood in the house! This holds 4 to 6 pieces of wood, which for me is more than I could juggle in my arms, and is about all I could lift anyway. I stuff it to overflowing, and the handles seem very strong, not threatening to break away yet. It is a nicely made bag, strong straps, canvas outer bag and vinyl inside.

This log tote is perfect. It is large enough to carry 3 or 4 large pieces plus some kindling. And the price was right.

This is a nice bag for the price. It's large enough for 5 to 6 large pieces of wood. Storing wood in the garage, this bag makes the trips much easier and cleaner. The sides do lay flat when bag is put down so droppings and dirt can scatter but if you are careful it shouldn't be a problem.

I really like the ability to carry in wood with this bag as opposed to carrying it in my arms as I have in past years and it keeps me from wearing all the nasty from the wood. The sides help hold all the droppings from the wood so you aren't leaving a trail and leaving wood trash on the floor. I have wood racks that I keep my firewood stacked in during the Winter and this will bring in more at a time than I can manually. The "handles" seem very secure and it's lined with a plastic type coating on the inside which prevents staining and is easier to wipe out if the need arises. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is it is already developing small holes through it. I'm sure it would not have this problem if all the wood were perfectly smooth. In all my 20 + years of burning wood I haven't found any that fits that bill. Wood is nasty and lumpy by nature. I'm reasonably sure I will be unable to carry this through to next Winter but it's less than $20.00 so it's worth that just for the convenience in my opinion.
