I purchased an item from this merchant in April 2010. The item never arrived. After contacting Amazon and the merchant, I was essentially told that UPS had delivered the item. When I asked for a tracking number, the merchant indicated that the local UPS office could not locate it. I was then told the the Manufacturer of the item had dropped shipped it via UPS. The merchant said that they barely made any money off the sale of this product and could not make a refund. I say buy from another merchant, or just avoid this one!Michael Smith
