First issue:This cabinet was obviously manufactured by an overseas factory without a quality control inspector. Since the cabinet is made of oak (very hard wood), all of the wood screws need a pilot hole to install to avoid splitting. Somehow, the factory overlooked seventy, and put seven in the wrong place. I called the distributor (Southern Enterprises), and got an apology and also a suggestion that I could drill the holes myself. I guess I will because I already have too much time invested.
Second issue: The stiles (uprights in the door and window frames) are not made from a single piece of oak. Each one is made of three random-length pieces that are glued together and have totally mismatched grain. This is great for preserving resources, but it looks amateurish.
I believe that a partial refund of about10-15% is in order, and have e-mailed the supplier.

it was small than i expected but it is a tiny beautifl cabinet. assembly was very easy.it is a little bit pricey but it is worth it.
