This is a nice thick rug and it's absolutely beautiful. It's one of the largest hearth rugs I could find and a big plus is it's made of wool. No synthetic fibers to melt away. My only complaint is that one of the edges is unraveling a little bit but I'm very happy with my purchase.

This rug "seems expensive" but is made from very thick, high quality wool perfect for in front of the hearth. The only negative might be it's overall price but compared to similar rugs at "patio and hearth" stores it's pretty reasonable. The pictures seem to indicate the color being a bit lighter than what it really is. The green is deeper in color.
