I am extremely dissatisfied with this order. I paid for a NEW product and received an obvious
USED product. The paint is all scratched up, the brass is all scratched up and shows obvious
wear. I am totally disgusted with this order. What is more frustrating is the whoever packed it
KNEW IT. They rubbed something across the worst of the scuffed, scratched large area and
tried to hide it ! I would NOT RECOMMEND any product from this company if that is how they
do business. Now I have to spend my time and gas to take this product to UPS, return it and
fight for my money back. TOTALLY DISGUSTED.

They call it an ash bucket but it is a beautiful and pratical item. I will keep it alongside my pellet stove and keep backup pellets in it. My wife has a problem filling the hopper because the bag of pellets are so heavy but she wont have a problem lifting and dumping pellets into the the stove with this bucket when im away for a few hours. I fill the bucket in the evening before bedtime and its there the next day if she needs it. The bucket holds about twenty to twenty five pounds o0f pellets.
