This set is simple cast iron. The molds obviously haven't been inspected in a while. The handles are threaded but the holes are not centered on all of them. One is too big and won't tighten on the shaft. Cheap set but generally gets the job done.

Easy assembly & sturdy so far. finnials do come loose. other than that i have no other comments. might recommend.

This is a great fireplace tool set. It is easy to assemble and looks great. The tools are very sturdy and strong as well as visually attractive. The delivery was very quick. Only one issue--the box that the tool set came in was rather damaged, but the tool set itself was not damaged at all. A great value!
