So I wish I would have used this stuff years ago. Very easy to apply, cleans up nicely, and looks great when done. My chimney is about 4' by 1.5' and it took me about 1 hour to clean, apply, and cleanup. Awesome product!

The product was easy to use and did a great job to form a watertight seal on the crown of my chimney....made sure I got all of the old coating and loose masonry off before applying....very pleased with results, appears to have adhered very well!!
