This is a sturdy little forged log ring. It looks great next to our woodstove. It's not meant to be carried around (which I think it obvious) but just wanted to throw that out there. We bring our wood in, in a bag. and then load it into this. It holds a day's worth of wood, we burn all day. It was bigger than I expected which was nice.

This log holder is just right to hold a weekend of logs in the house. It is sturdy for such a good buy.

I needed a way to conveniently store wood near the fireplace, and had just the amount of space to fit this product. It is just 2 hoops of steel with feet. You spread the bottoms as far as you desire and fill it with wood. Nothing could be simpler.
