Received in 3 business days. The packaging was sturdy. It protected the intregity of the plant. It needed little fluff before displaying. The color variations of the plant look so authentic. The planter is unique and it compliments the plant, making it even more beautiful. You would not be disappointed if you puchased this plant. I am so happy with all of my purchases from the House of Silk Flowers that I have already seen other plants of theirs that I will purchase in the near future.

Over the last two and a half years I have now bought four plants from House of silk via Amazon. All have arrived in perfect condition and look great. I have been extremely impressed by the realness. They just don't have that typical cheap fake look to them. Of course, cheap they are not. You can find artificial plants out there cheaper but you will you get what you pay for and you will be disappointed. House of Silk goes the extra mile in packaging them by double boxing them for shipping.

The plant is great, but three leaves were broken off in transit. They can probably be fixed with a glue gun, and not be noticed because there are so many leaves, but this will be a hassle for me since I have no idea where my glue gun is and have never used one before. They secure the plant to the bottom of the box somehow, so it can't slide around inside, which is a good idea; however, the plant still suffered minor damage.
