Bellow was just what I needed. The only complaint I would have is that the string to hang it by is pretty flimsy, but if it broke it would be really easy to replace and isn't even that big a deal that I would minus any stars. Just what you want if you're looking for decent bellows for your fire place.

How have I lived without this for so long? It works like a charm! The ribbon broke fairly quickly, but that is easy enough to replace with something a little more sturdy. We now fight over who gets to tend to the fire.

It works pretty well and I'm glad to have it. However, the next time I buy a bellows I will search for something else.

The "leather" on this bellows is rather flimsy. I'm not sure that its actually leather. After a month of use, its starting to show some wear. I expect that it will develop a hole soon and the bellows will need to be replaced.

As far as power goes, I can blow on the fire just about as effectively as this bellows can. I've used more powerful bellows before.

this bellow is exactly what I needed for my wood burning fireplace...just the right size, right color and the right TYPE to fit in with my other fireplace andirons and stuff

We have found this to be a very, very useful addition to our fireplace "tools". It has saved many a fire for us, and we have no complaints whatsoever! It was definitely worth what we paid for it, plus, it does exactly what we expected it to do.
