We did not like the coloring (brass) of the door. It looked a little cheep. We returned it and bought a black one (BD42) from another vendor that looked much better. That being said, Desa shipped the product in a timely manner and it arrived in good condition. The return processes was fine except I had to call a month after I shipped the doors back to have my money refunded--my customer service contact said that my file was "misplaced" and then processed my refund immediately.
