Nice but 1/8 inch crown. Mostly visable when looking from end. Crown shows a little with TV above it. Mantel was well packaged and arrived in 1 week. Easy to hang. I would have given it 5 stars except for crown(bowed).did not like the fact that not hardware came with it to attach to the wall. But it is a very nice mantel, nice workmanship.
