I am very please with the price and delivery, my order arrived in less time than expected. however I was a bit disapointed in the sturdiness of it. The wire mesh is fine, but the surrounding framework is flimsy and the cross member that is supposed to stiffen the whole thing is too close to the front to be really effective. It will serve its purpose, I was just expecting a little more for the money.

Couldn't be happier.

I was a little concerned about ordering this product after reading some of the lesser reviews.However after receiving the product my concerns went away.

The screen is adequately sturdy enough to do what it was meant to do,and there wasn't any assembly at all,other than dropping in the crossbar, which a 4 year old could master in about 10 seconds.

I also keep the crossbar off when the stove isn't in use so I can adjust the screen so it is perpendicular to the stove for a neater appearance.

The screen looks better than I expected around my stove !

I've been using this for about 2 months now as a fireplace screen. We have a fire almost daily during the winter season. This screen has worked really well for us. It is a very simple design and seems to be well made. I put a few small heavy duty felt pads on the bottom of it so that it wont scratch the stone hearth when I slide it around. Great item for the price.

I purchased this screen to keep my 8 month old away from the product. As soon as I took the pieces out of the box I was disappointed. 1)The screen material is very flimsy and cheaply made. 2) Some of the pieces were broken. 3)It requires assembly and there are no instructions (but if all the pieces were in tact I could have figured it out). I would not recommend this product. I returned it with no hassle and am awaiting a refund.
