I searched for a rustic, unique fireplace screen for many months and they all started looking the same to me. I have a large stone fireplace in a post and beam home so, I didn't want a fancy or frilly screen. This is perfect, it seemed rather imposing at first but, the fit is exactly what I was looking for. It's very heavy and beautifully made. It was worth the wait.
