I buy from Amazon regularly and, when I need to return an item, it is easy. Not this time. This seller has "free shipping" and , as I inquired about returning this cheaply made fireplace screen, I learned that I not only had to pay return shipping cost (understandable), but the outgoing shipping cost and a "restocking fee" which can be 30-50% of the cost of the item.

In addition, they send very rigid instructions about how to return the item and make it difficult to do so. Fortunately, we didn't even unpack the screen, as we could see how poorly made it is through the plastic covering.

So, DO NOT purchase anything from this seller UNLESS you are 100% sure you will keep it. We will end up paying approximately 45 dollars to return the screen.

This looks beautiful! The inner feet / floor supports didn't seem sized properly they were much larger than the screen's frame. This left large gaps so the only thing holding the brace to the screen, and in turn providing stabilization was a small screw used to secure them. Since I don't' think I will be moving it around much it isn't a huge concern now, but I worry they will work loose over time.

There is not much I can say for this product. I am building my own raised hearth pad and this material had the proper thermal protection that I need and want.

When using this product you will not want this directly underneath your tile. I have read that is "squishy". Though it is not as heavy as cement board it is much softer and will flex if you walk or put weight on it. Tile needs to be on a surface that will not give a lot of flex. What I have done is sandwich this board between 1/2 inch cement board. This give the thermal protection and the rigidity for the tile.

I received what I thought was an electric fireplace but it was not it is a gel fireplace. Advertisement was misleading. Its says electric in the name but ir is not electric. In addition 2 of the 4 corners of the mantle were cracked and dented.

I also bought this statue as a memorial to a kitty-friend. I made/decorated a concrete stepping stone for the garden, and pushed this statue into the wet cement. So far so good! It looks great, in my humble opinion, and it seems sturdy enough to withstand the weather. I guess we'll see how it looks after winter...

I got this today. It is awesome. I had a Siamese cat, Misha, who passed away 3 years ago. :( I ordered this cat as a memorial marker to place at her gravesite. This is stunning and very regal, just like Misha was. Now, "Misha" can be outside among the birds and trees as she always wanted. It is heavy enough to withstand the wind. It is also made to withstand the outside elements. It is regal and very cool. I absolutely love it. It is the perfect touch to Misha's grave.

UPDATE after just a couple of days: In order to have this outside, you will have to make provisions for it; like possibly bury the bottom of it in the ground for support; or place some heavy stones around it, so the wind does not blow it over. It is pretty fragile; the arms and tail are very narrow, etc. and would probably break if it tipped over. It is a complete work of art. It is very detailed and almost too "nice" to place outside, you know? I decided to leave it inside. It will still be Misha's memorial. It matters not whether it is inside or out. It is a very beautiful, cool piece; a sort of rich chocolate brown.

I saved $30.00 by buying it on Amazon instead of another website! Arrived very well packed and I just love it. Note the size as it is not very big and I would not suggest putting it outside. It is a much better indoor statue for any decor!

This is a heavy duty door that also looks great. The dimensions are rue as advertised. THe only downside I would note is that the set screws are very long. I woudl recommned determng the length needed and cutting off the excess before grouting in place.
