I loved the birch logs.....they look great in my fireplace and was perfect for the open house that I had recently. I was taken back though by the cost of shipping. If I had more time, I would have looked locally. Give yourself time to find them in your area.

The logs arrived in record time and they a sooooo beautiful with gorgeous bark. The logs were large and not small, skinny sticks. Five seemed to be enough for my fireplace.

I am so pleased with the quality of this product. I set them on a grate in our 'never used' fireplace for decorative purposes and was absolutely delighted at how elegant it looked...just the right amount of color and texture. I liked them so much I also purchased the smaller logs to mix in with the larger ones. I highly recommend these logs.

Ive had these fireplace logs for some time now, and I can tell you they are a great value and too beautiful to burn. They look gorgeous in front of my fireplace. Being from Florida, we dont have these beautiful white birch logs, and they are quite a conversation piece. I was worried that they wouldnt continue too look this good after several months, but I was wrong. They are exactly as the day I recvd them. Couldnt be happier. Highly reccommend them.

Squirrel Baffle works great -would be a good idea for the seller to state what size pole the baffle fits. I had to do some modification to fix the baffle to my skinny pole. Also might be a good idea to state the baffle should be at least 4 feet off the ground.

Shipping was timely and affordable in spite of it's large, cumbersome size. The baffle works very well, but be prepared to rig it if you have a skinny pole like mine. I used a pipe clamp which seems to be doing the job just fine.

The squirrel baffle is working great. However in order to mount it on a narrow pole I had to take 2 longer screws (that weren't provided)and reverse 1 side of the mounting clip. As others have noted you could probably rig a different clamp to get it to work as well. So far feeder has remained squirrel free!

Panels held on by piano hinges which were attached with tiny screw that were ripped out upon delivery, never intended to be functional. If the screen was usable, big laugh here, it is way too heavy for my wife to move to adjust a real fire. Please keep your junk from now on! (nice looking however)

We purchased three different wood stove thermometers, (we have two wood stoves): 1. First we purchased this "Rutland" at our local ACE hardware. This thermometer seems accurate but is difficult to read without getting very close, because of the colors. 2. Then we purchased a "Meeco Red Devil" thermometer from Menards. This thermometer had an attractive white background that was very easy to read without getting very close when we bought it. However, after using this "Meeco" product for a few days, the attractive white background turned a light tan/brown that is difficult to read without getting very close. Also this "Red Devil" thermometer showed about 100 degrees hotter than the "Rutland" thermometer. 3. Finally we purchased the "Inferno" thermometer from Amazon.com. We found that "Inferno" registered the same as the "Rutland" thermometer but is much easier to read from an comfortable distance away. The Inferno has kept its original attractive colors. We recommend the "Inferno" as the best choice.

I've had several of these, and they lose all accuracy (and they seem to start with precious little) after a season, and even within one. I have put two side by side on my stove and they'll differ by 200 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm going to try a different brand.

Very "cool" thermometer. Pardon the pun, but it is essential for monitoring the fire rate of your wood stove. Easy to read and understand. Made of heavy duty steel. The magnet which holds the thermometer to your stove pipe is very strong. This is important since a magnet looses some of its "stick" as the temperature rises. Well defined burning range indicator. Fast temperature change indication. Very good buy.
