If you will always keep at least 15 feet away from this, it'll probably work for you. But any closer, and you'll see that it has terribly inconsistent welds, the screen may be bent and split in some places (like mine), and the "satin nickel finish" is actually silver spray paint. And I think they even ran out of paint, since there were a LOT of spotty areas.
Even at the low price, this is NOT worth it AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I like the nice modern look of this screen, but there are a couple of blackish blemishes that are easily seen, as well as very obvious weld joints. We needed a fireplace screen for a rental house renovation.... in the month of JUNE. Being out of season no local stores stock fireplace items. Amazon to the rescue !Totally agree with other poor review. "Nickel Finish" is just silver paint; and it was not evenly applied. The welds are also sloppy. Looks fine from ten feet away.
Anyway, it did the job.... and at least the shipping was free.
