Discount Stainless Steel 5-piece Indoor/Outdoor Hearth Tool Set
I purchased this set to use with an outdoor fireplace. The styling is a little more rustic than pictured but that was okay for my purposes. The description says indoor/outdoors and that it is made of stainless steel so I assumed it was safe to leave in the elements. After one month and a few Pennsylvania summer rains, the set was pitted with rust spots. I was able to remove the rust with steel wool and rubbing compound but it took some time and a lot of elbow grease. I also waxed the set with car wax in hopes of avoiding future rust. The set in now cover with a lovely trash bag next to my hearth. Not the look I was going for.
