Great product and functions exactly how you would expect. The dowels that hold the ends of the canvas rigid and keep the handle straps in place are not secured and can fall out when you don't have wood in it (when going back outside to fill it with wood). That is the only reason it does not get 5 stars.

Can't really complain, especially when I've seen simpler log holders without a tote for almost double the price.

And just like the picture, the larger handles of the tote don't really stay down, but it's made of a laminated canvas, so it's stiffer than simple duck canvas. In time, it'll probably get softer with use and lay flatter to the exterior side of the holder. The metal rods at the ends of the tote (where the handles are attached) aren't entire enclosed, so pay attention to it when lifting the empty tote. The fit is loose enough that if you're careless, they may slip out.
