I love my fireplace! All the pieces arrived and it was very easy to assemble as the directions were very clear. I had a gel fuel fireplace before that I use in my gazebo outside, but I wanted something for in the house that had the look and feel of a real fireplace and I have to say I am thrilled with my purchase! I use it several nights a week and enjoy every minute of it. The crackle of the fuel gel also makes it feel and sound like the real thing!

I thought I already rated this but for some reason I guess I didn't. I would definitely recommend this fireplace. It was a good price compared to the others. It's made of real hard wood not particle board. The boards are all labeled and even tell you how to orient them. I built this in about 1 hour or so. It's very high quality. Once built, it looks beautiful in our living room. Before buying this we compared the electric ones. The electric ones are ok but they looked cheesy sometimes. Plus they seem to run anywhere from a few hundred dollars to over a $1,000.00. This thing gives you a real fire! The draw back is that it costs more than electricity but you are not using it for heat, you are using it for beauty. So you can just place large candles on a pedestal and it will also give you the appearance of flame and you can use the gel candles on a cool night or when guests are over. So glad we chose this over an electric and we definitely love the one we bought.

Like the fireplace = pretty easy to assemble but not everything lined up perfectly and since I know about the "flaws" can't help but notice them everytime.. Was a bit annoyed as had one given to us but the "firebox" was missing Just an fyi you CANNOT purchase just the firebox have to replace the entire fireplace really?? So be careful of the firebox there are no replacements!!

Do enjoy looking at it but do notice the flaws!!
