Before writing this review we want to mention that AMAZON was the HERO that made this nightmare go away.Who do you go to "Best offer Furniture"or "Nader's" (parent co.) when you receive a broken piece of furniture, that appeared used, delivered to your front door? We spent over $600.00 for this unit and did NOT even receive what we thought we were going to get which was suppose to be first quality, brand new furniture with fireplace (as seen on their best offer site). We received a complete run-a-round from Best Offer Furniture (representative Joe & Wendy) with poor customer service and ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLVE. They told us our only options were to have the item either returned at our cost which was close to $200.00 for return shipping (which was insane since we received the item damaged and what appeared used) or go through the manufacturer to receive parts. We discovered from the furniture manufacturer, that they deal with, that since BEST offer furniture is actually a third party seller and not an authorized distributor of this product, it was communicated to us that they would NOT service any warranty issues with that piece of furniture. So after 3 weeks, or better, getting a complete run-a-round, rudeness and NO resolve from the seller to work with us in a way that would be agreeable we had to find alternate ways to resolve and receive a full credit in the end. All I can say is that I have personally been in the customer service business for over 20 years and never experienced anything like this. We would never EVER deal with this company, companies or vendor NEVER EVER again!!!!
