Well, Amazon said that there was a pin on each candle holder. Not the case. Also, they mentioned that it is crafted in Europe......it is made in India. I was a little dissappointed with the misleading information. Now, I have to worry about a fire hazard, if my cats were to knock over one of the candles since you can't secure them down with a pin in the center. On the bright side, it is a lovely looking piece and seems well made.

This item is quite lovely and it turned out to be perfect for our needs. Unlike other reviewers, we were actually extremely happy to find that there where no pins on the candelabra because we planned to use the battery-operated "flicker candles" with it (no fire hazard). The candelabra is larger than I anticipated, but true to the dimensions given in the discription. Very well made, and really graceful looking. The Candelabra came with out any damage. Nothing bent or ding or a scratch.It fit perfect in our fireplace.
Just added battery-operated 1&3/4 inch candles, which I placed into glass votive candle holders.
Added a lot of charm to our room!
