I chose 5 stars because these fuel chips were exactly what I needed. I've now used them for my fireplace and to make campfires. They are thin. They Aren't messy like some of the gels. I've left them in my truck with 110 degree heat and they don't melt. And they are water proof which is great. And they are are cheaper than alot of the stuff out there and they are made in America which is hard to find these days.
