Cheap Color Face Flue Guard Stove Thermometer
This seems to be a reliable thermometer. The only problem is the grommet is too long for interior black double wall stove pipes causing the thermometer to protrude more than it should. You can either drill the hole larger through the inner wall or shorten the grommet.
