It was very easy to put together. Ordered the firebox to go with it...Makes my sunroom look fantastic and warm too! Loved the antique finish and the height of the mantel. I had looked online for an electric fireplace and most manels were not that tall. This one is perfect.

My new electric fireplace is gorgeous and functional. It's made well, looks fantastic, and the heater works very well.This is a quality product.When I lost the remote, customer service was very good, and fast! You can't go wrong with this product.
