I purchased these gloves to use adding logs to our woodstove. I have fairly small hands, and found other fireplace gloves to be way to big and clumsy to use. These ones are slightly big, but fit well enough to use. They even work for my husband too, since his hands are not large.

Best Deals for Suede Hearth Gloves

First pair had a hole in one finger, second pair was OK but not the quality I was hoping for. Thickness, leather quality and the hanging loop are all just OK. We will see how long they last. You get what you pay for!

Altho' a bit large for my small hands, this has been really useful for loading firewood in our fireplace insert, and my hands have neve felt hot, even when a fire is going strong.
