The only reason I'm writing this silly review is because of all the bad ones. They're matches, they work, that's all the info you really need. I ordered these a week ago (09/17/12). I got the exact matches shown in the photo. I haven't had a single one break or not light yet. They do the exact thing they are suppose to do. Therefore 5 stars.

I almost didn't buy these because of the negative reviews. when they finally arrived i opened a box and lit off a few just to see what would happen... and they worked just fine. it's a friggen match people. it's a wood stick dipped in flammable coating that's virtually impossible to screw up. the striking paper holds up fine. every single match i struck lit on the 1st try. the matches i received weren't the exact ones pictured they didn't have the green bubble on the right side of the box not that it made any difference.

i would purchase this product again. no complaints here.

These are mini matches with hefty wooden stick bottoms. They light very easily and the small boxes are very easy to pack and take along with you. My husband prefers lighting a match in the bathroom rather than spraying room deodorizer.

To be quite frank, I keep a box of these matches in my purse, as well as in my bathrooms.

There are odors that Lysol or Glade or Febreeze just cannot hide.

Gramps used to light a match in the bathroom after he finished his business, and it went

a long way toward refreshing the air in there so the next person using the toilet after him

would not by overwhelmed by the previous person's business.

I was surprised that something so simple and so inexpensive worked to very well.

Gramps was a wise man.
