Cheap 10 Pack - Diamond Strike on Box 32 Count Matches

The only reason I'm writing this silly review is because of all the bad ones. They're matches, they work, that's all the info you really need. I ordered these a week ago (09/17/12). I got the exact matches shown in the photo. I haven't had a single one break or not light yet. They do the exact thing they are suppose to do. Therefore 5 stars.

I almost didn't buy these because of the negative reviews. when they finally arrived i opened a box and lit off a few just to see what would happen... and they worked just fine. it's a friggen match people. it's a wood stick dipped in flammable coating that's virtually impossible to screw up. the striking paper holds up fine. every single match i struck lit on the 1st try. the matches i received weren't the exact ones pictured they didn't have the green bubble on the right side of the box not that it made any difference.

i would purchase this product again. no complaints here.

These are mini matches with hefty wooden stick bottoms. They light very easily and the small boxes are very easy to pack and take along with you. My husband prefers lighting a match in the bathroom rather than spraying room deodorizer.

To be quite frank, I keep a box of these matches in my purse, as well as in my bathrooms.

There are odors that Lysol or Glade or Febreeze just cannot hide.

Gramps used to light a match in the bathroom after he finished his business, and it went

a long way toward refreshing the air in there so the next person using the toilet after him

would not by overwhelmed by the previous person's business.

I was surprised that something so simple and so inexpensive worked to very well.

These all natural white paper birch logs are exactly as shown in the picture. They are wonderful. The natural curve to the bark and the rich white color make these logs look great along side my gas fireplace. Guests think my gas fireplace is real since my birch logs look so good. Wasted hard earned money. This item is too heavy and magnetic force too weak to stick to vents it's inteded for. Tried it on several types of vents, even purchased new vents to accomodate it. It falls off quickly or within a minute and that's w/o any air pressure!

Great idea. Easy to size & fit, but they're just barely magnetic. By itself it would not work with a ceiling-mounted vent -even with vent fully closed the air flow blew the magnetic cover off.

Although other reviews mentioned the lack of magnetic sticking ability, I found they work just fine. My cold air vents have not been painted...other than the factory paint. Perhaps poor results are found if the vents have several coats of paint? In my case, I carefully placed them over the correct size vent, and they stuck. Still sticking..........

I was skeptical based on the reviews, but gave them a try. And these do work in the right application, meaning, for wall mounted RETURNS, not on vents.

I imagine if they are used on vents on walls or certainly on ceilings they will blow right off. But on my wall mounted returns they stay exactly where I put them and the results in the balanced cooling in my home have been great.

Definitely worth a few dollars. Use them in the right application and you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I bought this media tower because it has a glass door and will hide all those nasty cords. Also, the glass door will allow your remote to still access everything you put into the tower. The cabinet was packaged well and arrived promptly. The color is darker than the walnut listing, its more of a mahogany or dark cherry color. I don't mind because it goes well with my other furniture. I decided on walnut because it matched my speakers, but in the end it now matches my other wood pieces. The unit is solid and easy to put together but it does take time, like 2 hours. The visual directions could be clearer. The bottom drawer side panels were mis-labeled, the left was the right etc. I really like the unit and it feels solid after it is all assembled. My biggest complaint is that the shelves are not deep and do not fit my stereo components. I will cut out additional holes in the back or just remove the back panel if it does not come out right. I don't think I would return the unit because I really like the look of it, and trying to get it back into the box to send back would be impossible anyway. It was packed tightly with lots of styrofoam panels. I like the cabinet a lot and I like the glass door. It keeps the dust out but now I'll have additional new holes in the back. The hardware is strong and has a satin chrome finish that looks high end. Much better than brass hardware. I know it was a good choice, it will just take me a little longer to enjoy it when the modifications are made.

We have an older tv that sits on the floor. I needed a new stand for the electronics and we had a hard time finding something that wasnt too big and too bulky. This was the perfect color for our house, it is just the right height, it was easy to assemble, and we were able to add the child locks without any difficulty. I have ordered furniture before and it would arrive slightly damaged, but that was not the case with this at all. I was very pleased with how easy it was to assemble.

I am very frustrated with this product. When the box arrived, it looked liked it had been opened previously and then resealed with new tape. My first thought was, I hope this isn't a product that has been returned by another consumer this could be a problem. So I was pleasantly surprised when I set it up, it came on right away had a nice look and the heat output was good. This lasted for little more than 20 minutes, then it went off. I reviewed the troubleshooting portion of the instructions and tried a couple of the suggestions but nothing no light, no heat nothing. If nothing else works, I have no choice than to return it!

We bought it for our bedroom, heats up the bedroom very nice, and thats just on the low setting. It is also is nice to look at. The only problem we have is that when it was shipped the back of the remote that covers the battery was in pieces, the heater was packed well, but the remote wasnt. All in all we like this heater.

I love it. I bought it for my bedroom. I leave the flames on all night. The heater is great but I wish it has either a timer or a thermometer on it. The remote came crushed but it was promptly replaced. Easy to put together if you lay it on a bench, etc to screw on the base. I have it setting on a desk under my wall mounted TV. Nice ambiance to my room.

This product really works well to start a log fire in a fireplace. The problem is that the description doesn't make it clear as to what quantity you're actually purchasing, which is Duraflame's fault, not Amazon's. So, look at the product photo. The wrapped package in front of the box, is much smaller than the box. In that package is four "double sticks" of fire starter each "double stick" is split in half, each half is placed under the opposite ends of a log, with another log over the first one. Sooooooo, one package will start four fires in your fireplace. There are six packages in the box, so the quantity in the box will start 24 fires. That's what the "24" on the box means. You didn't know that? You need to work on your clairvoyance (#sarcasm).

I do hope this makes the package more clear.

We've used these for years to get the fire started in the fireplace. It takes awhile especially with a cold down-draft coming down the chimney, but using these to slowly warm up the chimney, then opening a window/door to let some cooler air in, helps the fire get going much faster.
