The product itself looks nice and I liked this one because of how heavy it is. Unfortunately, I've had to return the product for

a second time because of how many scratches it came with. It was very frustrating, but they picked it up from my house and paid for the postage to return. The manufacturer needs to learn how to use bubble rap for shipping and not just thin plastic. Every spot that had scratches showed signs of rust within a week.

This product actually deserves 5 stars but the customer service (with Transdesco main office) is lacking so I'm giving it 3 stars. This stand looks great, is very sturdy and a great corner stand. You think it looks nice in the picture, it looks even better in person. My product came with 3 rubber pieces to house wiring at the back of the stand that were either defective or poorly made. 2 cracked and one looked re-glued togeter. I install them anyways and placed my 52 incher on it and set it up at the corner my living room. Later on I called Transdesco and asked if they can do anything to rectify the situation of the defective pieces and the customer service supervisor ("Dave") said that he would only send the replacements if I would take a picture and send him proof for quality control purposes. I told him that the pieces were already installed at the rear of the stand and that I couldn't remove them unless I get help to move the TV and the stand. I told him that I was new to the town and wasn't expecting company in weeks or a month. He then told me that he could wait a month for the pictures and then would send me the replacements. I asked him again if he could send the replacements and that I would personally mail him the defective pieces if he would send me a return envelope so that he could have the pieces on hand for his "quality control". He still refused. After spending over half an hour pleading my case with him, he finally decided to mail me the replacements when I told that dealing was getting nowhere and that I would file a complaint with Amazon and the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased this set, largely because I found the design attractive and it matched reasonably well with my existing fireplace screen. I also wanted to have a larger broom. The set was heavy and reasonably well made, but the broom started to lose it's straw within the first season of use. By the second season, almost all of the straw had fallen out and I could not use the broom at all. Bottom line, I would not recommend this set unless the manufacturer can improve the broom.

I love these things. They burn for about 15 minutes, and are perfect for heating up enough water to make my morning oatmeal and a 20-oz cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Put one in a tommy cooker or special forces stove, and you can make a quick meal and hot drink just about anywhere. The 350 count package also drops the price about ten cents per nugget, which doesn't hurt my feelings or my wallet.

Purchased this item and thought shipping was expensive but the overall price was good. When it arrived and we removed it from the box we knew that it would not work for our fireplace. We needed a fireplace screen that was bronze as this shows in the picture but this screen is a distressed gold. I contacted the seller and explained that the item was not as described. That it was in original box and tags were not removed. Seller emailed me and said that I was to pay for shipping (paid about $20 to get it here) and that there would be 20% restocking fee but due to my situation they would reduce it to 10%. It just was not worth it to pay to ship this thing back and then pay a restocking fee as well. I am a loyal amazon customer and have purchased many items throughout the years but this was not a good experience and will not purchase from this seller again.

Really a beautiful piece. We get lots of compliments on it and questions as to where we purchased it. Much better quality than some of the ones we have seen around here in local stores. Very heavy and sturdy.

Best Deals for Fleur De Lis Iron Fireplace Screen

This is a very nice cover. Great solid quality, heavy-ish too. But it's too short to cover our fireplace and also is more olive than we were hoping for! Luckily my sister's fireplace measures the right size, so this will be a gift for her. We're going to buy our second option.... more expensive but will be what we want! This is beautiful though, it really is. I wish it was taller! The olive green doesn't bother me so much because it matches our room enough. But too short.

Made out of cast iron so you know it will last forever. I like the details on the attractive designs too. It has a mesh screen to prevent any wild sparks coming out of the fireplace. Bottom of the legs have rounded shape to help with the balance. Good size for a regular fireplace.

I received this console today. I had 2 day shipping with Amazon Prime, which is always wonderful. But when it got here, the box looked like it had gone through a wood chipper. Very poor handling. Had holes in the cardboard on all four sides. I was very weary to open it. (Which only took a good tug on the end and it just popped open.)

The package seemed well protected with Styrofoam. None of the pieces were broken. Upon glancing at each piece as I slowly unpacked everything, I noticed scratches, chipped off pieces (Paper it looks like), and little dings. That did not deter me from trying to put it together. The total time from unpacking, cleaning, and assembling took about 2 hours. Unpacking and cleaning took the most time. I had to make sure I had all the correct parts before starting this project.

I was surprised how easy it was to put together, given the instructions were just vague pictures. It's pretty straight forward, and I am no stranger to DIY assembly furniture. This piece is HEAVY. One of the heaviest pieces of furniture I've put together. The structure it's self is sturdy. Some of the planks don't line up correctly, and this is a big deal to me (Right in the front of all places). I would like my discount furniture to at least pass as expensive.The marble looks pretty real, besides the fact that it's so thin. Real marble furniture is quite thicker than barely an inch.

As for the product matching the description. I would give it a 3 star. The wood is NOT Cappuccino. It is a dark Cherry color. It's nice color, but it doesn't match the description. Or match other pieces of furniture I have that are Cappuccino. The dimensions are accurate. I'm keeping it regardless of the color, dings, and scratches. It looks nice on my wall, and fits my 40" TV perfectly. DVDs, Blue-Rays, or Video Game cases to not fit well on the shelves. I would recommend having your media storage be elsewhere.

To those thinking of purchasing this TV Console please keep in mind the shipping quality isn't the best, and you might risk having a damaged product. I think I was lucky with this one.

Rods worked well for a two story cleaning project using a 6x10 wire brush. The threads could have used a chaser to clean them up a bit as two stuck after only two turns. A bit of oil and threading them in and out a couple of times cleaned them up. Other than that they were great!
