I was disappointed in these logs. They look ok, but there is not a very good description of what comes with them. Nothing does. They don't burn very well, and I've had a lot of ash fall off of them which is why I wanted gas logs in the first place, so I didn't have a mess!

We purchased this screen as a temporary fireplace covering until we install a fireplace door. While the design is okay, the quality is flimsy. Also, when it arrived, there was a dent in the center (the top of the screen part right under the leaf design) which kind of threw off the center of the piece. My husband was able to fix it well-enough, but it still looks like something we picked up at a garage sale instead of something we ordered brand new.

All-in-all, it fits our temporary purpose. But if I was going for something long-term, I would not purchase this particular screen.

Not the most sturdy screen, but it works to cover the dirty fireplace. Decorative leaves are a nice touch. I'm pleased with it.

Fell apart the minute I opened the box. Took 2 of us to hold it to put it back together. Very thin metal. Luckily we are using it for a fireplace that is not used so we do not have to move it. Looks pretty once put back together though.

Worked okay, but not really heavy duty enough for an open fire. The grommets on handle melted off during the first use, but were easily replaced with machine screws and nuts. The wooden handle on top tends to catch on fire and the metal clasp on front comes off a little too easily. With that said, though, we have had a lot of fun roasting chestnuts for our neighbors and friends and we plan to make it a neighborhood tradition for Christmas.

Quite simply, it does the job but it is a bit flimsy. A minor thing was the knob was not pre-drilled properly so the knob didn't screw on all the way. Also, the handle could stand to be a bit longer. It got us thru the night but if you are a diehard roaster, invest in a heavy-duty one.

We used it three times and had to throw it out. The first time the enamel flaked off of the outside, which didn't look pretty but didn't seem to be a real problem. We gently wiped the inside of the roaster to clean rather than scrub to preserve the enamel and it seemed to be working, but by the third time I used it we were finding flakes of enamel on the popcorn.

I took the advice from another review and only put the scent on the stone that comes with the kit. When you put the scent in the steamer it gets all foamy. Smells great!
