I bought this to seal my woodstove doors. It was very easy to install. First dry fit the rope to the door frame to get a measurement, cut the rope at the desired length, apply the cement to the stove seal channel and let tack up for ten minutes, install the rope, put newspaper between the doors and the new rope seal and close the dooors for atleast two hours. Viola, doors that don't leak air and waste fuel in the stove! I highly recommend!
