This fan is definitely quiet. It is smaller than the one I replaced and still puts out a good airflow. I am not at all disappointed with the product itself but a bit disappointed with myself for not ordering the larger one. I certainly will use this one I bought due to the air flow being sufficient for what I need in the living room from the gas log fireplace. I recommend this product thus far. (I have only had it a couple of days).

It does not smell like Egyptian Cotton, it does not vacumm well, it leaves no fragrance. A cheap container of Glade Carpet Fresh does a better job at more than half the cost and can be purchased at any home improvement store, grocery store or WalMart. I would not recommend this product and I disposed of it in the trash.

The wood holder is very sturdy and well built, I expect it to last a very long time.

A couple of negatives -the tools are a bit short, they would be more useful if they were 6" to 12" longer (I nearly have my hand in my wood stove when using the poker). Also the broom isn't that useful for sweeping (I've decided it is most decorative).

I am very satisfied with the looks of this set. It has streamlined the looks of the stove with its combination of tool and log storage. The broom is barely satisfactory though. It is lightweight and the bristles are stiff. I disliked the poker so much that I am keeping my old one. It is bent on the end, lightweight and short. Who can manipulate heavy logs with such a tool! Other than that, I love the looks. Go ahead and buy this set if looks matter but you might want to find an old poker to use instead of the one Enclume sends.

Although the chair arrived with a slight chip on the base of the ottoman, it was easy to cover and not worth the hassle of returning it. The chair is a little creaky, but for the money you can't go wrong, I saved at least $100 by comparison shopping for a similar chair. The leather looks and feels good. This chair is a great value very attractive and not a cheap part anywhere. I have a Stressless recliner $2500. and I like this one as well. I will be ordering another one. The color is beautiful and the leather is a good quality. It has great lumbar support. It took one hour to assemble it not difficult the picture directions were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this chair!

It took me longer to unpack than assemble this is a good thing. Assembly was super easy with good instructions. There were no defects, and the quality I rate very high. Very comfortable, I fell asleep in it the first night. I'll see how it holds up as I just got it, but I would be surprised if it starts breaking down. I plan on buying 1-3 more to match. Also the attached table is very nice wood to match the chair base. Very sturdy swivel base.

The chair was shipped promptly and it was easy to assemble. Unfortunately it was very uncomfortable. The back, the seat and the lumbar support were rock hard. I couldn't sit in for more than 30min with out getting a back ache, and I'm not prone to back aches. I had to return it and that was expensive. They sent it with free shipping but charged that back to me when I returned it($65.00) plus a restocking fee of $50.00 and the return shipping of $116.00.

I will say the company was cooperative.

The item arrived in perfect condition and you can't beat the free shipping for Amazon Prime members. The fireplace screen was securely packaged and contained limited parts. After removing the protective coverings, installation was simple. There is no drilling or messy glue to be concerned with. If you can tighten a screw, you can install this fireplace screen! The value is amazing. I encourage, you to visit the manufacturer's website prior to purchase. They are located at From there you can find the owner's manual and it will provide you with the installation instructions. Because there are different sizes available, you should read the owner's manual to understand the sizing options. You should also make sure that your firebox opening is compatible with this product. I had no problems; but I did research this prior to purchase. I can highly recommend this to anyone without any reservations.

Do not hire someone to install this for you. I am a 59 year old woman who installed it in 30 minutes by myself. Go to "You Tube" and watch the video while installing it, using the pause button as your progress and you will have it done without any problems or confusion. I love the product. I have gas logs so I might take off the screen doors since I don't deal with sparks and I have no children. I haven't decided. I love how flat it is against the brick and the bifold doors open so you can see the entire fire. I looked at one at a local fireplace store that looks just like this one and it was $450.

We did extensive shopping before buying and decided on this unit because of the product return policy if it didn't work out. It did and I am happy. This set came in just a few days and exactly when promised. Workmanship is very good on the materials the manufacturer selected. The fact it fits a range of sizes is a plus, especially for the savings over a custom-made set. It is simple to install although a rough-faced granite fireplace such as we have did present a bit of a challenge for fastening the set at the bottom (Don't let that worry you. Gravity and a small amount of ingenuity work!). You may need to buy a small package of fireproof insulation to complete your install.

Packaging is outstanding! Set comes well-protected. Be sure to study sizing in the descriptions before purchase. You will need rough opening size of fireplace to make the correct selection.

I bought this after reading all the great reviews on it. And I agree with most points: it looks great, excellent build quality, and arrived packaged extremely well. The only negative I had was the install. As my house was built in the 1920's, the lintel bar (which you are supposed to clamp the product to) was less than the 3 inches deep that the clamp was designed for. In this case, the manual tells you to use the "alternative" installation procedure, which is to drill two holes into the lintel bar and attach the brackets with the self-tapping screws supplied. Well, after drilling three holes, and having the screws basically not biting in all three cases, I gave up and just clamped it as-is. It seems fine unless I purposely reach in and pull down on a clamp, but at the same time I haven't tried seeing how a fire might affect this. Anyway, after spending substantial $ on the doors, as well as $15 on 3 drill bits for drilling through metal (and substantial time/effort trying to install this thing), I'm disappointed that the company couldn't design the bracket to work with smaller lintel bars (or at least supply an alternative one). So buyer beware make sure you check your fireplace before purchasing...
