This fan was a great replacement for my Majestic Fireplace fan. The unit plugged in to the original wiring. After removing the Velcro from the original fan and placing it on the new fan, the fan fit perfectly and is very quiet.

These screens are very nice. Mine were so warped and sticky, they were driving me crazy. I did a search online for replacement screens and checked out Amazon's list. Condar (the company) emailed me right away after I placed the order to notify me of them being shipped, the arrived w/in a few days and installed great and fit great. A whole bottle lasts about 4hrs for me. That's a little disappointing for nine bucks a bottle. However, I love my fireplace and the ambience. But I do like how clean this fuel is. Some other brands I've used are really messy. If you've never used a fireplace like these before, this fuel is the way to go, don't get the gel. You'll regret it.

After much research and price watching, I decided to purchase Real Flame. I purchased this 12 pack, only because of price. Fire Glo is my preference, but didn't want to pay a higher price tag (at the time).

The 1st hour of usage was very nice. The fuel burned nicely and there wasn't any odor, fumes, or smoke. I smoltered the cans and re-started about 2 weeks later. Once again there was a nice crisp burn and once again I smoltered the cans.

I decided to re-start the cans about a week later with about maybe 40 minutes of gel in each of the three cans. I started smelling an unusual odor in the house. I went in the living room where the fireplace and my family were located. Everyone was coughing and/or sneezing. I asked is it me, or did the air become a bit irritable. Immediately they responded, it was the air. I killed the burning cans and immediately the air became better.

I don't know if the problem was the low level of fuel, the gel itself, or the continuous restart of the product. I do know neither of three should be an issue. I have 9 cans to go and will keep this post updated. I did decide to throw away the used cans and start fresh to be fair.

We use Real Flame Gel Fuel in our fireplace (with ceramic logs) since we do not want a "real" log fire because our old house does not have a lined chimney. These work well, producing a bright and strong flame. I like that they crackle when burning, not too much but enough to remind you of a real fire. They also last for about the advertised 3 hours.

It is important to take off the label, and make sure anyone who might use it knows as well, before these are opened and lit.

Just be careful opening the product, I accidentally lifted the lid while the product was still in hands and dropped the can, which splashed all over my carpet, I removed the stain quick before it soaked! Bought this to go with a wall mounted fireplace that I bought my husband for Christmas, and I am so glad I bought Real Flame. It crackles like a real fire without the smoke and soot, and we don't have to spend time cleaning it. You can pull the cans out and toss them in the trash, it's that easy. It heats up more space than was suggested so we are thrilled. Our place is 1100 square feet, and although we have it in our bedroom we found the heat traveled well into our living room. Three cans gets the room too hot, two cans on a cold night is great, but cool nights you can get away with one can. There really isn't an odor in my opinion, but that may depend upon your sensitivity.

Grill is well built, but had made in Taiwan sticker on it. Cut out is not 12x14 more like 10x12 (not exact, has to be measured). 12x14 is edge to edge, not air opening. Does not have a full recessed edge that drops into hole. On each of the four corners it has about 1/2" edging to keep it from floating around and lines it up. Very pleased.

Less than 6 weeks and they're already starting to separate in the back because instead of making the two pieces out of one cut of wood each, they are made of three and glued together. The heat from the wood stove warped all three pieces on the back and now there's gaps that let air escape. Not to mention the nozzle is just a hair too open, meaning you get little pressure when pumping.

I was able to put this together very quickly and load it with wood. I've got wood stacked all the way to the top and it's supporting the weight just fine. I've got it covered with a tarp in the back yard and it's doing just fine. Definitely what I needed and glad I bought it.

The main reason i bought this rack is because it is not made in China. I think it is made in Ohio. Anyway, the rack is decent enough and holds about 6 wheelbarrows full of wood. it is fairly solid & sturdy. My only beef with it is that when assembled it is kind of cocked & does not sit level. I had to shim out one of the legs with a 1/2" piece of wood. Not a huge deal & maybe it is just inherent in the design. Four stars because of this.

The first rack I ordered was pretty easy to assemble and is holding a ton of wood. I was so happy I bought another.

The second one is impossible to assemble (see photo).

I'm a little baffled at how this can even happen... it has two unique parts after all. How hard is it to make the holes on 2 parts line up? And clearly they had it right before, they just decided to change the holes on one piece but not the other?!

So, 5 stars for the first, 1 for the second.

Edit: days after approving my photo Amazon has removed it. Without bothering to tell me. Or explain why.

Edit: Now the photo is back. Also I returned it, waited a week or two and ordered a replacement and it was fine, so upgraded to 4 stars.
