I bought this as a Christmas gift for a relative who lives several hundred miles away. It arrived within a week of ordering, and the box must have weighed 15 lbs. I was a bit nervous, buying it online, since it's hard to judge how the colors and pattern really look, plus you can't really tell the quality of the materials or workmanship.

I was extremely pleased when I opened the box and unpacked the rug. It was perfect I couldn't have chosen it better if I had looked at it in a store. It's very thick, heavy, well-bound on the edges, and was a nice size. I'd definitely recommend it the colors are nice and rich, and the individual that received it as a gift was very pleased.

This rug is even better than I expected and works perfectly in front of the fireplace hearth. The quality is very nice and the colors are great. The rug is the thickness I was looking for and the edge tufting is nicely done.

Our friend has this candle, it is amazing. It makes her entire house smell like freshly baked pancakes with syrup, and after we leave, we still smell it on us for a while. The smell doesn't get stale, or overly sweet, just nice. The sound too is a bonus, it has a nice crakling sound when it's quiet, but if you are trying to watch TV, or listen to music it isn't too loud or distracting. I can't wait to try the other scents.

Great scent, strong, pleasing and very long lasting. The crackling effect is limited more like a hissing sizzle rather than a cracking wood fire, though it's still nice to listen to. 3 of these candles filled the house with a delicious aroma.

I bought it because my daughter was asking for a candle with a 'yummy" smell. The candle exceeded all expectation aromatic and strong, but not overwhelming smell one candle's aroma covers whole floor. I love the unusual wick that makes a crackling sound I find it very soothing. I will buy more candles for myself and as presents from WoodWick.

Ordered this item and it arrived quickly via FedEx. Box was twice the size necessary with minimal interior padding. Looked as if it had been rolled down stairs repeatedly. Grate was cracked. Returned for replacement. Return was picked up promptly by UPS. Replacement arrived promptly this time via UPS. Box was collapsed on one end and looked as if it had been rolled under a moving vehicle that was driving down stairs. Interior box was a good idea except it was loose in the larger box with little paper packing and had been perforated by the item tumbling about inside. This unit was actually broken in two pieces and I returned it for a refund after attempting to tape it back into something resembling a piñata shaped like a potato. For all I know, the grate may have been fine and given me years of good service. I will never know.
