I used this stuff to clean the glass on my gas fireplace it works like a dream but it does take some elbow grease.

This stuff is like polishing compound that you use on a car.

We had sooty deposits on our glass and I was sure that they were permanently etched into the glass after 4 years of use. But after following the directions, the sooty deposits completely disappeared. It was incredible how well it looked. The glass looked totally clean and polished. The only complaint I have is that it took a long time and a lot of elbow grease to get all the deposits off but I can't fault the product for that.

This is one of those products that I would buy again if I needed it.

I tried so many other cleaners in an attempt to get the haze off the interior of our gas insert fireplace glass. This stuff finally worked. I've loaned the bottle out to neighbors too as there is plenty in the bottle to do many cleanings.

We bought this firepit from Plow and Hearth (same exact model, etc.) The very first time we used it, the spark screen caved in and nearly melted from the heat, and it was only a small fire! The cover that comes with it is flimsy, and tore within a few weeks. I think we used the firepit 2 or 3 times (only once with the screen, obviously), and it's ready for the trash. Don't waste your money!

The fire pit arrived with 2 dents. The unit scratches and dents from normal handling. After 1 week stored in a garage the screws are rusting. The lid doesn't fit snugly keeps falling into the fire. After 1 use, I donated to Goodwill for the tax writeoff not worth anymore of my time. Don't buy it!

I contacted amazon and they contacted "The Sportsmans Guide" that I got it from through amazon, but so far nothing has been done about the fact that it had holes in it when I got it. Twice they have told me that a new one would be sent, but it has not happened.

We actually have an old one like that that is not non-stick. We're never buying another corn popper. This takes a little to get used to but once you do, you won't have to deal with burnt kernels or wasted unpopped corn again.

We bought ours for camping but didn't start using it until our machine broke. Well, forget replacing the machine. We'll just stick with this.

Purchased this item for a family campout, it literally fell apart in my hand the first time I used it. The 2-piece extension handle was poorly welded and just popped off causing the popper to fall into the coals. We managed to retrieve the popper and finished popping the corn but with the missing handle extension my hand was now uncomfortably close to the coals.

This is the best corn popper for campfires! It pops almost every kernel and is non stick. The only thing I would improve upon is to offer a longer handle. It needs to be twice as long for campfires. No one else makes one with a longer handle, but at least with this one, you could add on to it if the extensions were available. Right now, the only thing you could do is buy 2 and combine the handles.

This Dimplex fireplace is outstanding. First off, the logs and flame look so real, I just have to turn it on and instantly I have the most realistic flame and the unit puts out heat. Secondly, the walnut finish which is a high end furniture finish, it makes the whole room look as if I did a major renovation. The value of this unit far exceeds my expectations.

my only dislike of this product is that I wish the blower fan pushed the heat further out rather than a direct upward draft. I have 9 foot ceilings and I want to heat my room, not the ceiling. It was a great price, east to put together and looks gorgeous.

This is our third Dimplex living flame electric heater. We have two that resemble free-standing coal stoves and our last purchase which is this Traditional Electric Fireplace, Burnished Walnut. The wooden surround is real wood and not particle board. It requires assembly but is so well made, it is actually a pleasure to put together. Good furniture grade product. Love it!

I would have given a rating of 4.5 stars instead of 5 stars. It looses 1/2 point because the "flame" effect seems a little dim. In the other two heaters, the flames are much brighter and really look authentic. This looks a little holographic but is not objectionable. From a distance of 4'-6', the effect is nice but requires the room to be a little dark. Around dusk, you get a nice cozy feel when it is on and it completes the mood which is very nice.

To compensate for the dim flames, I considered putting higher wattage bulbs in, but they are mini-base bulbs and only go to 60 watt, which is what the fireplace came with. Careful consideration led me to increase the flame brightness by creating a reflector to augment the light. The bulbs are covered by a small inspection panel which is easily removed. I cut two pieces of aluminum foil the size of the inspection cover. I attached one piece to the inside of the inspection cover, shiniest side out and the other to the space below the bulbs, shiniest side up to create a two sided reflector. I don't exaggerate when I say that it doubled the brightness of the flames immediately! An added unexpected benefit is that the unit is cooler to the touch on the inspection cover, which got quite hot from the burning bulbs. Apparently, the reflector reflects the heat from the bulbs as well as the light, hence the cooler feel. A good job all around!

I would only ever consider buying a Dimplex product as I have done so for over 20 years and have always been completely satisfied with their performance. The 3D flame effect is unmatched and the remote control is a nice touch. I highly recommend this particular product, and look forward to enjoying it for years to come, especially since I made a simple

modification which enhances the experience.

The reason you can't find it anywhere is because it is a SEASONAL scent. It's only sold in Autumn and Winter. If you're lucky enough to find it past December it's probably because of overstock. It's one of the fastest selling scents so it doesn't stay in stores for very long.

I purchased this because my boyfriend was using the wet dry vac to clean out the ashes from the smoker...thats right, the wet dry vac. I am sure some are thinking, "Why not?" Because ash is very fine and filthy and the wet dry vac is not dedicated to this singular purpose. As such, another solution needed to be put into place. While this is not as quick or efficient, the curved scoop works perfectly along the bottom of the smoker and my wet dry vac has half a chance for survival. Great product. Excellent construction.
