I don't know if it is the best cleaner and polish but I do like the smell and it seems to do a good job. Haven't had to try it yet on any stubborn stains.

I have bought just about every cleaner and polisher from the local grocery and hardware store for our marble counter top. Each product barely did what it claimed to do. Then I found the Lustro Italiano Cleaner and let me just day I am very pleased! The cleaner works well but the polish puts a beautiful shiny, non-greasy protective coating on my marble counter top that shines like glass. I used their etch remover to restore my dull counter top and this polish has maintained it's luster and continues to protect it from the daily spills and splatters on our bathroom sink! If you have marble, you won't be disappointed!

Buyer beware this is not a simple installation. We hired a professional installer who read the directions thoroughly several times. He understood the unit would need to go into the wall six inches in order to mount flush with the wall. We thought our wall was 4 inches deep. He built a frame but after making the wall cut, discovered an iron pipe behind the cut. He then started over with a new frame and was able to complete the install. The cutting, frame building and time needed to purchase new materials required 10 hours of his time.......no small expense. The remote did not work. The company responded saying they will ship a new remote. The flame presentation is lovely. One thing we did not know until we read the installation directions is that when the light bulbs go out, the entire unit must be pulled from the wall to replace the bulbs.

This tv stand arrived quickly and was well packed. It took about an hour to assemble WITHOUT ANY TOOLS! All of the pre-drilled holes lined up. The front doors were already attached to the front panel so you don't need to worry about the glass doors lining up. You need to pay close attention to the illustrations in the manual since there are no verbal instructions. All the parts are numbered which helps. It would've been useful if they also labeled some of the parts with a "front" and/or "top"label.

It's a solid piece once assembled and looks great! The knobs and hinges are quality in appearance. My daughter thinks it looks like something out of a Pottery Barn catalog with the bun feet. We like the mocha color. I would highly recommend this product.

This metal fireplace screen is perfect for my gas fireplace! I did not need the functional ability of a screen front, but rather I required a decorative finishing touch to my fireplace. The best features of this screen are: 1. You can see the fire nicely through the open decoration; 2. It's narrow profile allows it to fit snuggly to the hearth, leaving room for my baskets, vase, etc. The mixed color finish is actually nicer than I thought it might be. I had originally planned to repaint the finish sold black, but once the screen arrived I decided I liked the mixed colors better!

This is a beautiful fireplace screen. It is well constructed and has an elaborate design. I have research many fireplace screens, and for the design and size of this one, you would have to pay almost triple the price. The colors that the screen come in may be hard to match to many decors, but the metal can be very easily painted. We have had our for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with it.

Overall, this fireplace screen is pretty good. It came packaged well and is a good value for the money. The picture of the product is a tad misleading as the colors are a bit more bold then they appear. The center ornament is actually antique silver and quite shiny. The leaves are a bolder green then shown in the picture. Don't expect to receive something that is wholly dark antique brown.

I needed a screen to cover an unattractive firebox... so this fit the bill size wize, but the thin metal looked cheap covered with a bronzy paint scrolling and green painted leaves. So I invested in a can of satin black spray paint and it looks amazing. Worth getting if you can handle painting. Arrived quickly and in a well protected box.

The antique finish was extremely inferior. Each area has a different color, which would be fine but the quality of the finishes is awful. I would not have ordered if I had known. Other than that, the workmanship is good.

This electric log works for us. The light sort of slowly pulsates. It is a little too bright but we put some real wood around it and it is much better. The crackling noises are not realistic, but you don't have to turn them on. All in all, it looks nice in the fireplace behind the screens. It doesn't call attention to itself and people don't think anything about it, assuming there is a low hearth fire in the fireplace, unless they really look closely.

This is the most realistic looking I have seen. We placed it in a stone fireplace that we no longer use, it's perfect. Visitors believe it is real. The soung is not a genuine fireplace sound, but it can be turned off. Overall we love it.

This product is as advertised, although you could be led to believe that you would get an affect of flames. All it does is glow from right to left. The sound is more like gun fire than crackling wood. It can and has been turned off. It consumes little or no power (less than 4W max) so it can be left on.

I let my neighbor borrow it for the day before I had a chance to use it, but didn't get it back! They kept it for two weeks. I finally decided to BBQ some steaks this weekend and asked for my FiAir back. They are usually very good at returning items borrowed. To my surprise she was reluctant in returning it to me. She absolutely loves it and had used it several times. She is going to order three of them but I have to leave mine in the enclosure so she can have access to it till hers arrive.

I used to use a hair dryer for fire starting but that was dangerous and no use on a picnic away from electrical outlets. Hooray for FiAir. It works great and turned a tedious chore into fun. Totally recommend buying it if you use charcoal or have a fireplace.

I received FiAir as a gift from friends who have watched me struggle to get (and keep) charcoal fires going in my grill. WOW! What a difference. I use Weber cubes as kindling and once I lit those little guys and aimed FiAir at them my coals were blazing in no time. (Usually the cubes burn great and the charcoal just sits there!) I probably used FiAir more than necessary cause it was so cool to point and shoot to spread the flames. We were ready to cook in 9 1/2 minutes. (My skeptical partner timed it.) We will probably get more to throw in with our camping gear, and most certainly 1--2 as gifts! Neat product!

I bought this fireplace for my bedroom which is on the opposite side of my house from the furnace. By the time the warm air from the furnace reaches my bedroom in the winter time the warm air is not so warm anymore. So, I am using this for the ambiance in my bedroom as well as functional heating that has been working quite well. I love the height because it is perfect for my 42" plasma TV. Also the warm look of the oak adds a nice look to my bedroom. I was slightly disappointed that not all the woods matched when putting it together but, unless your a perfectionist like me you really don't notice it. Also the holes in the top piece were not drilled properly and had to be re-drilled. It was well worth the effort because the fireplace looks fabulous! I put it together myself and it took me about 2 hours to complete. If your looking for a little extra heat somewhere I highly recommend this fireplace.
