Our fireplace is wood-burning/propane. We can't use wood due to allergies and found out that the propane was not properly run so that left us with an unusable fireplace due to its small and odd shape. After going through the specs, I felt that this insert would work with my new Equinox 18MM3207-M250 stand that I got at a great price. I received it quickly and it went right in with no problems at all and works like a champ. I can hear a slight buzz without the heat being on and it gets a bit louder with the heat. But overall I am very happy with this choice and glad that I got it. I hope it will give us many years of service. It certainly makes an already great piece of furniture even better.

I bought this fireplace insert for a remodel job in our basement. After reading the reviews we decided to go with this model, and so far I'm really impressed with it. I still need to build the fireplace/mantel, and after that's done this unit should just slide right it. I took it out of the box, sat it on the counter, plugged it in, and in about 5 seconds we had instant flame and heat. The flames/embers look realistic for an electric fireplace, and this unit appears to be as realistic as another unit we bought a few years ago for about 6 times the price. For the money, this appears to be an excellent unit.

We are on a budget and wanted a fireplace insert for our custom fireplace surround that we were building. Our major concerns were price (of course), realism and depth of unit. I knew the price and size were good from the description but I was a little leery about the flame effect. I unpacked it and fired it right up and was quite impressed with the effect, it is better than I thought it was going to be.

On the heating ability I would describe its heat output and noise level equivalent to a ceramic heater.

My wife now wants another one for our bedroom.

I gave this to my mother for Christmas and she loved it. Very pretty a nice red with blue (not orange) undertones. Lots of options for deviled egg dishes but I thought this one could be used year 'round. Although it's a Poinsettia it "doubles" as a dahlia in the summer time. It's size is perfect for large families or large gatherings. Also a good shape for storing.

I measured my fireplace opening before ordering this reasonably priced fireplace doors. Whent it was time to install I read the instructions which said before installing to remeasure to insure these would fit. I remeasured and the opening fit into the parameters specified. I removed the doors from the packaging and began the installation only to find that with the configuration of my fireplace opening these won't fit. The floor to my fireplace is flush with the hearth. These doors require a drop from the floor of the fireplace so that they overhang slightly. I am left with doors I can't use and I destroyed enough of the packaging that I cannot return them. Be certain they will work for you before ordering.

The doors seemed to be pretty well built, especiall for the price. The screens are rigid doors not the sliding kind. I would have liked them a lot had they worked for me.

These look so expensive although they didn't cost any where as much as some doors. There is no drilling involved you just clamp the top and bottom and they are very secure. Made the whole fireplace look like a different place Love them!

I loved this set. Clean, modern matched all our stuff. Worked great the few times we used it last winter (we live in the south, so its not like we're making a fire all the time!) But first time we used it this winter SNAP! the handle busted off the poker. Squirrel Baffle works great -would be a good idea for the seller to state what size pole the baffle fits. I had to do some modification to fix the baffle to my skinny pole. Also might be a good idea to state the baffle should be at least 4 feet off the ground.

The squirrel baffle is working great. However in order to mount it on a narrow pole I had to take 2 longer screws (that weren't provided)and reverse 1 side of the mounting clip. As others have noted you could probably rig a different clamp to get it to work as well. So far feeder has remained squirrel free!

I started using this stuff a couple of years ago in a Century air tight fireplace that has 18 feet of 13" metal fab flue. The fireplace burns very well and slowly, but chimney fires were a constant problem since the 2 story high flue could never get hot enough to burn out the creasote. The fire place manufacturer told me I need to make fast n hot twig fires every 2 days to burn it out. No luck. NOW, with the use of this product, I can sleep with out worry. I use 2 caps of product on the hot wood embers about every 3 days and I have never had another chimney fire. This stuff is expensive but well worth the peace of mind you will have! Great Stuff.

so I bought this to use in my air tight with a masonry chimney. It does help some with the creosote problem, but KWIK SHOT soot stopper (form the same company) does a much better job

This stuff will clean a chimney and keep it clean if you use it regularly. You must have a chimney clean out and a storage for the build up to fall in. I use wood in a water stove and it works great. I clean out the build up once a year and there is about a five gallon bucket full to dispose of. I take a mirror and look up the chimney and it looks like someone waxed it. The chimney build up will fall out and you will need a place for it to fall into. Works great!!!!!!

We first purchased the "Large" version of this based on the 1CU FT size. 40lb of Pellets = about 1CU FT. Folks, unless you are Paul Bunyan, I am here to tell you the Large Size is LARGE, easily as tall as a 5 gallon pail and bigger around at the top. I didn't test my theory, but I am thinking you could hold well more then 1 40lb bag of pellets. The small size has better proportions. I am not talking about how much it will hold, I mean that it physically looks better. The large one, aside from being too large, did not look quite right. The proportions were all wrong, it looked kind of goofy, like a caricature or a bucket. This one is perfect. It's the size of a normal water bucket, you know one of those galvanized buckets you use for watering livestock, or carrying grain. Essentially, that's exactly what this is. The only real difference is that it's much more attractive, and has a raised pouring lip. It is heavy duty. I don't suspect I will have any problems for the kind of duty I plan for it. But the rivets that hold both handles on leave a bit to be desired, like they might pull out. However for the hearth and pellet use, I don't see there being much of any issue. And even if they did pull out over time, this is a simple fix with some copper Rivets. Someone mentioned they thought this thing was made of copper and they were disappointed that it was actually just a fancy paint job. Two things. First, no where did the add for this say it was made of pure copper. It says it has a copper finish. If this was made of copper, it would have cost about $300 just for the copper, and who knows how much more for the manufacturing. Second, they mentioned that it's a brown Paint finish. Well, brown is a bit off the mark. It looks very much like the picture shows. And the paint is high gloss enamel. From a distance of about 5 feet, it actually looks like copper with patina. You have to be within a couple feet to realize that it's not actually copper. None the less, this does not detract from the look of it. It looks like,,,, a fancy hammered metal coal hod. It's a bit pricy, but the material is as good as it gets, and it's by far the most attractive Hod we found that fit our needs. There are of course nicer Solid Brass Hods out there. But they would not hold the amount of pellets that we were looking for it to hold. BTW, I believe this will hold a full bag of pellets if filled to the brim. We have a 56lb hopper so it only ever needs to hold up to 30lbs at a time any how. It looks very nice sitting next to our Mount Vernon AE Mahogany. If you can handle the price, you will no doubt like the Hod.

***UPDATE*** After having used this for months now, I can now tell you that it is holding up superbly. But my assumption that it could hold a full 40# bag of pellets was incorrect. It will in fact only hold a lil over a 1/2 bag of pellets. Maybe 25# with keeping them below the lowest part of the rim about 1 inch. Still, this works out nicely as one bag will top off the stove and the hod holds whats left over. At night before bed, I dump the hod into the stove and repeat the cycle again in the morning.

This is quite nice, albeit a bit pricey--so I docked it a star. It is well made and holds about a 1/4 to 1/3 bag of pellets. Nice and handy (not to mention cool looking) to have right next to the pellet stove. TIP: Buy one of those trashcans on wheels to store pellets in your attached garage, so when you need to top-off this bucket, they are handy, and water-proofed. The description says "small" but it's actually pretty good size.

I ordered this to go on top of the hutch in my office. I work in an office complex where the president and vice president share office space so I was concerned that it would not look realistic. It turned out to be much better than I expected. It is a large, full plant that covers probably a third of the top of the hutch. It looks real. We have a large volume of traffic in and out of our compex and many people have complimented me on how it looks. It really adds a lot of color and depth to the space. It was packed in a large box and was held down to the box with plastic tie downs that worked very well and kept the plant in place through all the shipping. I received it really quickly. The price was reasonable as most I found on the web were over $100. I was very pleased with the entire process. I would highly recommend this company and this product.

I just got this plant in the mail today and am very impressed with the quality and and color. The color is not as dark and drab as it appears online. It's much more vibrant in person with a few lighter tones on some of the leaves making it look very natural from afar. It is fuller and larger than I expected (measurements are hard to visualize). I wish I could post a picture because I feel like that would be helpful for others. I have mine on top of a basic 5 shelf tall bookcase and it pretty much takes up 3/4 of the top with enough room to put some other decorative piece next to it. The hanging trailers are perfect because I wanted to see just plant, not the planter, and this is the case from the front. From the sides and the back you do see some of the planter but the planter is beautiful as well. It's a dark woven wood looking rectangular basket which you can tell by zooming in on the photo.

I was looking for something to put in my bedroom that could hold some socks, underwear, and some undershirts. I also wanted to be able to put my stereo, blu-ray player and tv on/in it. Finally, I wanted something that looked nice.

This item works PERFECTLY for my needs. It looks good. Making it took me, by myself, about 30 minutes. It's really easy to make. You will need a couple of extra tools like a wrench and a skinny screw driver. The included screwdriver was a bit too stubby for the feet.

All but the feet are made of wood. I would describe the paint as weathered black. There are hints of brown for the weathered look, so if you want jet black, then this isn't for you.

It fit my socks, shirts, underwear perfectly. The drawers could also be used to hold gadgets and doo dads I'm sure. It could also hide quite an array of dvds and blurays if you would like.

The open compartments are divided into 4 slots. I fit a laptop in one slot and a blu-ray player in another. On the other side, I didn't put the divider so that I could fit my rather large Yamaha Receiver.

This stand is awesome. I love the color, the height, the four openings for components and the large drawers for media, manuals, or whatever. It was a breeze to put together. It really makes my 32" Flat screen TV, audio system, DVR, Cable box and other components look professional. I will give it a high 4 or low five only because the finish was knicked in a couple of minor places, nothing that a little shoe polish couldn't hide. Oh and did I mention it got to me a day earlier than was scheduled.

This is a wonderful tv stand! It goes up so high and it has plenty of space in all of its drawers for our DVDs. None of the drawers stick too, plus there's room for our ps3, gamecube, cable box, and our crappy VCR in the spaces in the top. It's more of an espresso color than a black though. We put it together in no time flat. I'd use a little wood glue on the dowels that come with any/all "build-it-yourself" pieces; It really helps add a little stability. It's not rock solid unfortunately so I dread the thought of moving with it and the feet are plastic (which is pretty unnoticeable). All in all though I'd give it 3.5-4 stars.

Maybe the reviewer who said his stand didn't look like the picture got the wrong model delivered. Mine looks exactly like the one in the picture, and it's really a nice quality product considering it's assemble-it-yourself furniture.

And perhaps the person who complained the stand wasn't stable enough skipped some of the instructions, such as to tighten the "hidden cams" 210 degrees, not 180 degrees. Also, the reason no glue is provided (or needed) for the metal pins is that they're only reinforcements next to some of the cams. My finished stand sure feels sturdy and stable and I never used glue.

That said, I'm in awe of anyone who can assemble this stand in 30 minutes. I'd advise most of us mere mortals to set aside several hours to complete the task. Over the years I've put together quite a few "knock down" shelves, cabinets and other furniture for my family. This stand has some of the better quality materials and one of the best illustrated instruction manuals I've come across. (The plastic foot mentioned by a reviewer is actually a fifth leg used as added support for the middle; that plastic seems easily as strong as the compressed board materials used for the other four legs.)

A potential buyer needs to know this stand is a huge puzzle to put together. Tallying up the pieces listed and meticulously illustrated in the manual, I counted 42 "parts," 159 pieces of hardware and 123 screws and nails. Unboxing and laying out all that stuff alone can take half an hour for many of us. Bear in mind this isn't just some bookshelf. It has four drawers, with all the glides, rails, grooved sides and pulls that they entail.

My advice: Set aside pretty much a whole afternoon to assemble this thing. Handle the parts carefully. (A black magic marker, though, can cover up nicks and dents if you make a mistake.) Read the instructions and, most importantly, look at the illustrations most carefully. Follow the sequence outlined in the manual. You'll have a nice, useful furniture assembled in 30 minutes and a few hours added in.

This piece isn't as sturdy as it looks. But then again I wasn't buying anything solid wood and for the money I spent it'll do. You can tell it's not anything sturdy by the amount of chipped pieces that come with it. One of the drawers flat out broke when we tried to insert it into it's case. We will have to go out and buy some wood glue and get that sucker back on there. Another downside to this is it comes in like 200 pieces, you have to build every single part including the drawers, nobs etc. Would I buy it again? nope. Hubs and I decided that we'd rather spend more for something sturdier and already built.
