I set this up as a Christmas gift for my wife, sent her to the movies with my daughter and when she got back my son and I had the fireplace setup in the bedroom. She looked at it and thought it was a gas fireplace (we have two of these in the house). This fireplace is INCREDIBLE! The fire is real looking, the heater is perfect, it ships with an LCD remote that is easy to operate and allows you to control the room temperature. One of the best gifts she has ever received. The media center itself is not only functional but is extremely beautiful. The wood work is pristine. My only complaint is that two of the screw holes were a few millimeters apart and it was a little tricky to fit. But I would not take any stars away from this beautiful magnificent fireplace! I should also mention that the unit shipped quickly, was delivered by UPS freight truck. It was very heavy but that's a positive, it's a solid piece of furniture. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an electric heater.

I don't own this particular product,but I had to write a reveiw about this company. I order another glass tv stand wich I love. The price that was offered at $349.99 but I found it at competitors for $190. So I emailed the company and much to my amazement they gave it to me for $185. Just like their policy was stated. Then the stand arrived damaged and again they stood by thier policy. They sent me out a replacement part. During this whole process the company was in constant contact with me. Very prompt emails and extremely helpful.

I love the design; the weight; the sturdy feel of this screen. I am reserving judgement until I see how long it lasts. It appears that the wire mesh on the front is merely glued on to the horizontal frame in the center. Since that is directly in front of the fire, I can't say how long it will hold. Otherwise, I love it!

We have a gas fireplace, but the glass front gets dangerously hot. We bought this to use so our toddler doesn't get burned. It's definitely worth the purchase. Not only does the screen not get hot, but it's very non-invasive and you really don't see it. It was the perfect size and our family and friends have actually commented on how nice it is.

My fire pit is built into my patio. The problem has been airflow. I had been placing logs on the bottom of the pit, not understanding that I needed to lift them so air could flow from the bottom (duh) and this is from a woman who has had a wood burning stove for years. Well, this was perfect, although it is really small for my needs. Make sure to measure carefully, as I didn't and will need to order another one. Its very sturdy, holds up under a heavy load of logs.

I ordered this and it came with the center grate missing. When I examined it you could see that the bars were just spot welded. This is low quality and I would not even get a new one. It will clarly start loosing the bars accross the grate over time. Did not get a replacement. Don't waste your time on this product.

This is the worst item I have ever ordered on Amazon. After 2 uses, most of the brush bristles just broke off. Most of the rest of them just fell out. I was replacing a brush that I had for 4 years that still has bristles left, but had caught on fire several times and the bristles were too short to do any sweeping.

The epitome of "made in china" crap

Brush bristles started fallingout first day. I'm sending the handle and a handful of bristles in the box back. Glad Amazon has an easy return policy. Hope they drop this product from their inventoryleave this garbage for Walmart to sell. I'll just buy a whole new fireplace set when I find one made in USA.

Every time I clean out the fireplace ashes the bristles split and break. It won't be much longer and the broom will be bald. If you need it for looks only, it will suffice. However, it won't last long as an actual tool.

This set from Enclume is attractive and well made, however you don't receive what is shown in the photo. The tongs in the photo are a 3 prong style, made of square stock, just like the other tools. Enclume now ships a cheaper, 2 prong tool that is less effective at grasping logs. The new tongs are also made of flat stock and don't exactly match the other tools in the set. Enclume does not make a disclaimer about the tongs, even on their own website. "Tongs is tongs" was the explanation given me by the reseller.

Whether you are buying the set for appearance, functionality or both, you may be disappointed with what you receive.

I have ordered this one for a friend but I am using one myself for a few seasons already, and it works fine. Its not a large one, I would say somewhere between small and medium but can help to keep up the fire with no issues, quality wise looks solid.

If you're looking for a bellow for the fireplace or camping (as I was) this is a great, reasonably priced option. Works great. Used it for a camping trip to keep the fire oxygenated and going and it did a terrific job. It looks good, too. If you were using it for a fireplace in a home, it would work well and look very nice.

This bellow certainly has lung enough to encourage a timid fire. Anybody with a wood stove or fireplace will find it more helpful than getting light-headed when you DYI. It's also great for discouraging house cats from unsavory activities.

Metal tube (front tip) came right off the base.

The packaging could have been sturdier (i.e. box) versus a bubble bag. Not sure what the maker [or shipper] was thinking of when they mailed this product out. Actually, I do... Money! No packaging at all with the product other than a product tag.

To conclude, it is my opinion the product is not well built. The metal tube fell right off the wood bellow. I never had a chance to even try it out.

This is my first bellow and it has been a great relief not to have to kneel and put my face near the fire to get it roaring again, however, After only a few weeks of use the leather (bonded I think) has begun to wear a hole in the side facing the user so not only is there a drop in the pressure toward the fire but the person pumping gets a little blast with every stroke. Nothing that a little duct tape can't fix but I would have hoped for better.
