The log loop holds a good amount of wood. it is a little shaky at first until about 25% of the wood has been filled in and then is solid. I recommend this product over the hollow tubing version as it is more sturdy and doesn't require any extensive assembly. I use this for a small to medium sized wood burning stove and get about 1.5 to 2 days of wood when completely filled.

Received this item as promised yesterday. Packaging was all beat up. FedEx sticker on the outside said the item had been "repackaged." I think that means FedEx had to re-tape the box together. The product on the inside was in OK condition. However, there were no assembly instructions and no receipt. I don't know if those got lost in the repackaging or were missing from the original packaging.

There is only one piece to assemble the cross bar that goes across the bottom of the hoops (I think) that keeps the hoops spread apart and provides some stability. There are no screws or screw holes so I guess it just "snaps" into place. However, the diameter of the hoops is slight greater than the u-shaped notches at each end of the cross piece. I'm trying to figure out whether to hammer the cross piece into place or try and use pliers to force it over the hoops. If anyone has a suggestion for assembly, I would appreciate your advice.

I've ordered many things from Amazon over the years. This is the first time I've ever received something in less than perfect packaging and without assembly instructions or a receipt. I hope this is an anamoly and not the start of a new trend.

This candle lighter is so beautiful I left it in plain view. I loved it because I did not have to hunt for a candle lighter every night. It did not take more than a month and it quit working. I can see the spark of the ignition but it will not light. I also know there is gas flowing through it because if I hold down the safety mechanism and the ignition button it will stay lit if I light it with a match.

I am disappointed because it truly is a pretty candle lighter and worthy of being left out on the table, but not if it doesn't work...

This is a nice looking lighter, but a lack of quality control makes it worthless. Mine worked fine for about two weeks, but after that it would either not light at all (usually), or give me a three-inch flame (at the same flame-size adjustment that formerly gave me a half-inch flame).

I thought I was economizing and being more environmentally responsible by switching from disposable lighters to a refillable one, but it didn't turn out that way. I've never had a disposable fireplace lighter that worked as poorly as this one.

The product was delivered on time and within a reasonable amount of time. It was just as it was described and of good quality. The box it was shipped in was sturdy; however, there was nothing wrapped around the bucket or placed inside the box (such as bubble wrap, newspaper, peanuts) to protect it. The bucket did have a small dent in one side of it (about he size of a half dollar). I believe wrapping the product would have prevented this.

I bought these for the box, because I wanted to put them in a couple of places to be decorative. But the matches are also good.

The box is decorated on both sides and the ends, and there is a slight coating over the decoration should keep it from getting shabby fast.

I had bought some other 4 inch matches which wouldn't light when struck and sometimes broke. These are fine.

I read some of the other reviews on these matches before buying them, and some of those reviews were critical. Now that I have the matches, I don't know what those buyers were looking for. I have Diamond Box matches, but they are shorter and the box is not decorative. The Diamond Box seems no more or less flimsy to me.

I was very happy with this purchase.

You get what you pay for. I had a difficult time putting this together. I broke a shelf when taking the first step and connecting the shelves to the side boards. The wood chipped off by the dowel holes. I glued it together with Gorilla glue. I like the height for viewing TV in bed. The shelves underneath the TV are not wide enough to hold my Dish receiver. The almostcardboard cover in the back does not cover all of the back as shown in the picture so the wires show. I just stacked books on the shelf to hide the wires.

I am really pleased with this cart. I looks great. It's sturdy. It fits in my space. And it wasn't that hard to put together (for me, a small not very strong woman). The backing was damaged in shipping, but the seller replaced it, and I so far like the product without it. The only drawback is that the CD holders are a little small and look cheap, but I haven't attached them. A fantastic value for the money.

This TV table is average quality but easy to assemble.

Construction is pressed wood fiber with plastic laminate. The two openings for devices are a VERY SMALL.

Before you buy this product, measure your Cable, DVD, Blue Ray or other boxes. The opening is only 15 1/2 inches wide.

Like other reviewers said it is also a bit too tall for large HDTV's.

Almost 3 feet high. Better suited for a digital printer or small HDTV(up to 32").

Expensive but probably worth it. Have gone through many rugs over the years that claimed to be flame resistant

but left burn marks when small embers were dropped. With a Buck Stove, using wood for the fireplace is

a constant in the Winter. This rug is made of fiberglass, and although it is plain, flat and simple it

serves the purpose admirably; shows no burn marks if a spark accidentally hits it, and lays flat to the floor

with a non-skid backing. Very pleased with the purchase; although a bit too pricey. I purchased the charcoal

color and it blends well with the surroundings so as not to be noticeable.

I am very happy with the finished product. It looks a little better in real life than in the pics--looks more expensive than it was, especially considering that it is one of the least expensive offerings of this type of product on Amazon. Has a few glitches though. The one horizontal bar across the front that helps to frame the fireplace was too long, and I spent some time with a couple of sheets of sandpaper to get it to fit. Also, it is supposed to be a media center as well as a fireplace/heater. However, the instructions make it very clear that the heater insert needs to be on a dedicated circuit. Therefore, you need to have an electrician put in a outlet just for the fireplace, so that you can use your other outlet for your electronic media. It really does heat well, though, so for me that will be worth the expense. Make sure to measure your space, since this piece is bigger than it looks.

This has got to be the most expensive piece of crap Ive ever paid for. Normally I would flush it down the toilet, but this wouldnt fit. Theyve had to ship out a new base, the original was cracked. One of the middle pieces fell apart as i was screwing it together, must be that high quality china glue. When i recieved the new base, i started putting it together and one of the cheap plastic threaded inserts was missing. So now i still cant put this thing together. Almost every part has some type of damage to it. Typical China crap!!!

Other than every other complaint, it does look really nice. haha

Id give it a zero if i could, but for some reason it has to be at least a one.

I bought this item but with the gel fireplace insert. The entertainment center is still the same model number but this product has the electric fireplace insert.

POORLY CONSTRUCTED AND PACKAGED!

When I received my items:

*the top panel trim on the left side was coming off, there was a dent in the middle, and the trim on the right side was barely hanging on

*the base panel was cracked in the front

*the upper firebox trim was broken (piece that supports the top panel beneath the television and above the firebox insert)

*the 2 back panels had either a large vertical scratch or had a hole

*multiple discolorations (white where it should be black) and scratches throughout every piece

*Assembly guide included with the fireplace insert but not for the entertainment center (I had to Google search for it and found it on the Home Depot website.)

I beg you. Please do not buy this item! It is NOT worth the money and you might as well invest in an already assembled/mostly assembled fireplace/entertainment center locally. I called Cymax to get a WHOLE product replacement and they wanted pictures of the damages, which I sent. Although Cymax claimed it was a whole product replacement, Real Flame DID NOT send out a whole product replacement but only sent the replacement parts after reviewing my claim. Unfortunately, some of the replacement parts did not screw properly with the original parts that I had already. Also, the left side of the top panel was beginning to come off just like the original top panel that was being replaced. Since I tried to assemble the fireplace, it is not in it's original condition. Hence I did not even bother with returning it, getting up to 50% of the price paid, and deducting even more for shipping the item back to Cymax. Needless to say, I threw everything away out of sheer frustration and bought an electric fireplace/entertainment center from Havertys.

A complete disaster, waste of money, and time!!!

This is actually a beautiful entertainment center. i love it and everyone that has seen it so far has said how much they love it.There is a strong odor when you remove it from the box but it goes away quickly. I gave it 3 stars due to the cons but overall its a nice piece.

Pros: Beautiful. nice color, Sturdy, movable shelves, good overall width and height. The fireplace is really nice with the ability to give off heat or not and the dynamic flame. There is a large area of open space behind the fireplace unit.

Cons: Very little room between shelves and the back covering board. So for larger plugs it is a problem. The width of the individual shelves is an issue. My receiver did not fit (i looked up a bunch of other receivers dimensions and they would have the same problem). I had to take the back board off and push it in from the back. I left plenty of space above for overheating issues. There were some defects in the wood but you can only seen them when your right next to it. Many of the bolts that are locked in did not match up perfectly. The front right portion also did not match up with the molding from the sides to the center portion. The fireplace portion has chainmail type covering over the glass. This does not sit perfectly vertical but you only really notice when your close. The fireplace unit (which is separate)does not fit perfectly against the rear of the hearth portion (center) but it does screw in so it is secure.

Mine came in a box with the brand and model number WoodEze 5UC-6733.

It's small and light enough to hang with my other fireplace tools, but it puts out a lot of air. If you are sitting on the hearth in front of the fire, the size makes it easy to manipulate.

I had one of these before (the same or very similar model number), and it wore out after 4 years of light use. The vinyl melted and cracked to the point where air came out everywhere except the nozzle. But I guess I shouldn't expect much more from a bellows under $20.

From the looks of it (and the description of this model elsewhere), I think the body is pine, not hardwood.

Exactly as described. Made of very nice wood and the metal fixtures are sturdy. It is built well enough to last for a long time. The only down side is that it is small. The chamber doesn't fill up with much air. You need to pump it very quickly, several times for it to work effectively.

It's hard to gauge how big these things are going to be, and this one is definitely small. We have another one that is bigger and it's much easier to use. This works, but you have to do lots of short pumps bc the chamber is just too small.

The screen arrived in a cardboard box that was pretty beat up. The screen itself is very lightweight, very cheesy looking. The "finish" was worn across the entire top of the screen. I knew this wasn't solid brass, but I expected something that at least looked decent from a distance for the price I paid.

A weighty, perfect model of this classic screen would certainly not be available for anything close to the price of the Uniflame model, but the Uniflame looks amazingly good anyway. This thing does the trick!

We bought it to replace an "original" solid brass model costing nearly $500 (and it's cheap construction design eventually giving way to its heaviness when moved). As long as someone doesn't examine the new screen from close-up, it actually looks better (not really terrible at all close-up), and it's lighter weight makes it easy to handle.

Purchased this screen last week and it came with noticeable scrapes across the top. The box it came in was gigantic with plenty of packaging material, but the screen was packaged loosely at the bottom. However, since it was in another smaller box, I'm thinking that the scraping was there to begin with, and not from shipping. Still deciding whether to go through the trouble of exchanging it since another reviewer said they had the same damage. I wouldn't want to risk getting another with the same damage and I really need a screen right now. Other than the damage, it's a very nice screen.

Our old log carrier was an open ended canvas tote. Whenever we brought logs in chips and bits were scattered across the floor. Also, we had to make sure we had just the right number of logs because if we put the carrier on the floor it collapsed.

This was very easy to assemble, is very sturdy, and looks nice in the room. It is unassuming and doesn't stand out, but fits in with our fireplace very well. The bag holds a bunch of wood (for a whole night of fires, we needed to refill it 2-3 times) and we really liked the side pocket for kindling we use it for newspaper as well.
