I bought the mini fire set because my fireplace has a wood stove inset. They are the perfect size for cleaning and arranging logs in the wood stove. The set is very durable and practical. I really find the shovel and poker are very useful tools, but the log lifter is tad bit awkward to use with heavy, large diameter logs. The brush is a good size and angle, but the only problem I have is the bristles were permanently bent on one side--still works though. I'm pleased with my purchase.

I got this set to use with a wood burning stove. The set is probably too small to use with a fireplace, but is a good size for the stove. The pieces are made of thick, sturdy metal rather than being flimsy like a lot of fireplace tools are.

I wouldn't recommend this panel because it fell apart shortly after we started using it and it doesn't stand up on it's own very well. It isn't very good quality at all.

This screen met my expectations and then some. Very nice fireplace screen for the money. Screen part not so dark black that it makes your fireplace look like a black hole.

The screen is very nice quality and was definitely a great price. I could not tell from the picture that it was completely see through, I guess it should have been obvious but for some reason, I thought it would be more opaque. I use it as a screen for my cats' litter box, so came up with something to cover it so you can't see through it. It is very well made and sturdy and would be excellent for a fireplace or such and it fits my needs.

I was very concerned about ordering this part due to the fact that it is supposed to fit so many different models, and that seemed too easy. Nothing about ordering from our local dealer has been easy. The part came, it fit our stove exactly, and it is running like new. The igniter also came exactly within the time frame, and there were no shipping delays or issued. The company made sure their contact information was right there with the part and it was obvious that we could contact them if we had any issues. We will definitely use this seller again.

I am very dissappointed with this item, first the handle broke off the shovel taking the plastic off. Very cheap and poorly made. Second the holes did not line up when assembling the unit. The only thing worth buying was the name Plow and hearth and that showed to be very cheap for a big price.

Good idea. Compact size. Holds a lot. Sets up easy. A little flimsy. The log grabber keeps opening up. I used a Velcro strap to keep it shut. Still I like it. Does anyone make a sturdy one?

This is lovely and a good size to hold wood. It matches well with any brass tool set you have. I like the filigree trim which brings it up a notch. Attaching the feat was difficult because the screws seemed to be the wrong size. We put it together flimsily, however, since it only needs to sit on the floor and hold wood it is good enough. A close examination would reveal flaws, but the price is outstanding and from normal viewing distance it is a lovely addition to our fireplace. This fits in beautifully in front of my parent's gorgeous fireplace in their formal living room.

They're just rocks--nothing fancy. But they adequately serve the purpose of decorating the ground of a fireplace. Their rough edges do collect dust over time and they'll need to be periodically washed or replaced.

If this piece of furniture was built out of solid wood instead of particle board, I would have given it five stars. The big problem with the particle board here is, if you scratch the black paint coating, you instantly see the white board underneath. So, if you move often or have pets with claws, have some black paint on-hand.

Besides that, the thick, heavy duty smoked glass shelving and glass-ember fireplace insert are outstanding. Truly adds a new level of comfort to my basement's home theater. And this is the *only* electronic fireplace console I could find that was able to hold my Integra DTR 8.9 which fits perfectly in the lower shelving.

If you love horses, or even if you just want to add some Ralph Lauren-like class to your fireplace, these matches won't disappoint. Very pretty art. Matches work quite well. Houndstooth border is lovely. Be aware that the photo depicts both side of the box (you will receive one box of matches), but I thought them to be well worth the price.

Perfect if you need a basic on/off control. We found that we never used the thermostat features and other features of the remote that came with the fireplace. When it stopped working (due to a leaking battery), this seemed to be and is a cost-effective solutions that meets our needs. It was very easy to install.

This kit works great and even comes with a nice wall plate should you want to go that route.

As with any battery operated device, pull your batteries out in the summer. The reason I had to replace mine is because I forgot the batteries in the unit and they corroded which in turn damaged the unit. Obviously, this is not the fault of the product, but the owner. :) I am happy with this product and like that the remote is RF and not IR.

This bellow is great. Seems sturdy and is very attractive. The carved wood is a real nice touch. I was pleasently surprised by the color. The advertisement makes it look very dark if not black. The wood of the bellow that arrived is stained a nice dark brown an is lighter than the advertisement implies.
