I did quite a bit of research before buying an electric fireplace. I decided the best look for my home would be a cherry, corner unit, and firmly believed that any fire box smaller than 26" wouldn't cut it. This Dimplex unit fit the bill exactly. It was packed and delivered with care. The cherry finish matches the photo exactly, and the fire box is a perfect size with realistic logs and flames. Another positive is that the heater motor is very quiet, and my 46" flat panel TV sits perfectly on top. Now, there are 2 important negatives. Even though it was easy to set up, the entire unit is wobbly unless you anchor it to the wall, and I also believe that all the top end fireplaces I viewed, including the Dimplex I purchased, were over-priced by as much as $400.00. That said, I'm still happy with my fireplace. It looks great.

I bought this for my master bedroom and put a 37" TV on it. Its the perfect height and size. It has precense in the room and is the right size for the TV. In addition its great to use in the winter to heat up the master for those mornings you don't want to get out of bed. I also use it in the summer without the heat just for the ambiance the fire creates. The design is simple and beautiful. Its a very clean look and has held up great over the past year. It is wobbly free-standing, but when pushed into the corner it doesn't really move.

This is the sweetest little stove that you could ever want! It is all that it says and the "show" is great! It really is very impressive.

The quality of the workmanship is good. It heats up a room 10x15 in about 15 minutes, at which point you can turn the heat down to almost

nothing or turn it off and just leave the "flames burning". I do like the fact that it does heat quickly, it saves a lot of money in the

long run because you can turn it down or off. The odor that many spoke of when you first turn it on is minimal and burns off quickly, by the second use, there was none at all.There is a big notice on the box that there will be a slight smell when first turned on, so the manufacturer is up front about it. I can really recommend this product for the ambiance that it gives to a room and for its quick heat up of a room. This is the best heater we've owned. For it's size and output, it's truly amazing -warm and cozy in appearance and function! It's very pretty and works as advertised. While you can run the flame without the heater, there isn't an option to run the heater without the flame. I tried turning the dial all the way down on the flame 'brightness' knob and it pretty much went out, but the thing inside that makes the flicker was still rotating and there was a very faint light. I wonder how long the bulb inside will last? There are instructions on how to take the back off and put in a new one. It says it uses a 40 watt, E12 socket base light bulb (candelabra base, B bulb.) The instructions appear easy enough, take the back off, put in new bulb.

My only complaint is that the legs were hard for me to put on. I couldn't do it by hand with a screwdriver, it was like the holes were slightly too small for the screws. I had to get out the electric drill, put on a phillips head attachment, and really PUSH to get the screws in. Using that methon, two legs on one side went right on, but the two on the other side wouldn't accept the 3rd screw (same location on both legs) and I think it's that the hole isn't in exactly the right place. The legs are on and good enough to hold the unit, but I will have my husband do something about getting those two legs attached better. I called the customer service line and after waiting on hold for about 8 minutes I hung up. It is Christmas season, so maybe they are really busy. Or maybe they only have one person answering the phone. The legs are on and stable enough. Someone would have to really kick the two legs that are missing the 3rd screw to get them to move.

The unit is metal and the legs are heavy guage plastic that perfectly matches the look of the metal. They don't look like plastic.

The unit itself doesn't heat up, the casing of the blower doesn't even feel hot, but the metal on the underside of the unit directly above where the hot air blows out gets hot. Nothing else on the unit is hot. The legs are very cool to the touch. (But if I had a baby crawling around, I wouldn't want him to touch the bottom metal right above the heat output. Or, if he did, he wouldn't touch it for long.)

The door has an inside magnet that you don't see that keeps it shut. There's not a clip or anything holding the door shut. But it stays shut.

I am wondering what all that forced hot air will do to the antique cypress wood floors in our bedroom. Could it dry them out or harm them in any way? I might put the unit on a small rug to protect the wood directly in front of it.

I plan to turn off the main heater at night and see how we do with just this running in our bedroom, which is about 300 sq ft. Our main heater is zoned, so we only run the bedroom at night anyway. I'm wondering if this little unit will use less electricty than our home heater and keep the bedroom warm enough. I hope so. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and might get another for our den if I can see a difference in our electric bill.

We happened by this on Black Friday having been at our son's place the day before where their heater was DOA. It was meant to be. We snapped it up at a deep discount, took it his place and snapped it together in about 5 minutes. The instructions to operate are simple and very intuitive. Heat level easily adustable as is the brightness of the "flame" (we thought that was kinda funny). It heated their living room in no time. As another reviewer noted it did put off a chemical smell on start up but I can't imagine that won't burn off quickly. They seemed to love it. If that changes I'll update.

Hookah came with everything it said it would, and it was completely intact. Smokes great, except for one minor flaw-the rubber grommets between the bowl, stem, and vase are not very high quality. Both wore out quickly, even with daily cleaning.

The bowl, also, is one of the smaller types, so even though there are two hose ports, it really would only be enjoyable for solo use. It would be smoked down too quickly if there were two people using it.

I would recommend this as a personal hookah pretty highly, maybe as a travel hookah if you're considering getting more than one.

(As for the soex shisha itself, it has a pretty good flavour and produces a pretty light smoke. Haven't tried mixing it with others yet, but I'm hoping it will blend nicely.)

If I could I would give this 3.5 stars but sadly thats not an option. I got this hookah because it was cheap and I wasn't sure how much I would like them so I didn't want to drop $200 for good one. Which isn't to say this hookah isn't good, its just not great. There are a bunch of small issues, the seal didn't fit right so I had to replace it at a hookah shop, it leaks a little smoke around the hose fixtures, but none of that keeps it from working. If you, like me, are looking to buy your first hookah to see just how into it you wanna get, then look no further. It's a great starting point.

This Hookah is a great starter set. The only thing I recommend is making your own screen out of aluminum foil for the charcoal because the one it comes with lets in too much air and you have a hard time getting the hookah to create smoke.

Works well, if a bit undersized, for my large 47" LCD TV. However there is no worries about stability or sturdiness, this thing is tank like. It accepted stain well and looks good. I love how it looks in my family room, moving the TV to the corner is a huge improvement.

My only complaint would be the large warped pieces of thin wood that they include for the drawer bottom and to be placed on the back to cover/block viewing of the wiring. The drawer bottom was a bit of an adventure to get placed into the grooves due to its inability to remain flat, but after playing with it for 10 minutes it is in place. The drawer bottom does not seem very sturdy. The back piece of wood was so warped as to nearly be an almost half circle in my kit, and cracked and fell apart when trying to attach it. I just used the stand without it. I used cable ties anway so its not that unsightly, but it was the only real dissappointment I've had with these International Concept pieces.

Prompt shipment weighs a ton. Never bought any furniture made with old rubber trees. Construction is pieces of wood glued together making interesting pattern. Took stain well without any sanding or "roughing-up" the wood. Three minor problems:

1) Due to the glueing mentioned above, some spots will not absorb ANY stain. Some blotches but not too bad.

2) Plywood backpanel was badly warped so did not fit well, plus stained at slightly different tone than rest of piece. Problem out of sight.

3) Instuctions for assembly of bottom drawer were very vague. Had to redo a few times to get it to fit and slide correctly.

All in all nice piece of furniture.

Received this unassembled corner table much more quickly than the seller had predicted. The product is very sturdy much better than pretty much all assemble-it-yourself furniture I've ever bought. There were a couple of tricky spots in the instructions, but I figured them out after reading them a couple of times more and working with the assembly. Once the table was assembled, it felt as strong and stable as a finished piece you might buy at a much higher price. The wood is solid (not veneer) and quite attractive. Expect to finish it one of these days with a clear varnish. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product.

We installed this about two months ago to hold TWO serving platters, one large behind one small, with a weight of about 25lbs. We didn't use the included wall hangers and instead located a stud and used 2" brass pan head screws. Over the past two months, the hanger hasn't bent out of shape and our platters show no sign of falling off. Very satisfied. Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware sell a very similar product for $30. Now we're debating ordering another one to hang below our platters to put a serving bowl.

The thing about this hanger is using the depth to your advantage. Yes, it's 4" deep, so a single plate is going to slouch, so don't put a single plate in it; use it for a SET of plates.

I purchased this hearth grate to go along with the faux logs. The package came VERY quickly but, when I opened the grate, it was broken in pieces. The only packaging was a thin box and bubble wrap that was just wadded up; not even around the grate. I tried calling the company with no luck so simply returned the item and reordered (as Amazon can not replace third-party items but can offer a refund). I am hoping the new grate will be delivered in better shape as I very much like the look of it!

I do have many pictures of this guy in live action if anyone would like (in all reality, it looks just like the images shown...at least during the day...obviously darker at night!) I will admit, I had been looking at this thing for about a year, but couldn't justify spending the money that was asked. Amazon.com had it on sale for $202 about the last week of August, so I couldn't resist. Not only is this thing worth the $202...but it is easily worth the normal listed price. Highly recommended for any Boise State fan. If you are not a fan of Boise State, google Patina Products, and they will have many more teams listed for the same price (with a free cover!). Craftsmanship is amazing...adds so much to the "tailgating" experience...even if the tailgating is happening right outside your own home!

This fire pit is very cool, we have not used it, since we are re-doing our deck, but it is very nice. Something that is different. Although we did lose the cover in a blizzard, so its rusting, but I'm sure when we actually use it we will love it! Lets just hope we will not be in a "open flame prohibited" like we have been in the past. 4 Stars because the cover does not withstand the SD weather.

Had a hard time fitting this product over a standard 6 inch stove pipe. Had to modify the crimped end of the new stove pipe so the uncrimped end of the damper would fit over it.

The damper inside dimension was small.

Comparing it to the old damper I was replacing there was a noticable size differance.

This may be the reason for the cheaper price.
